this was one sleepy little boy. we kept him warm and his belly full and he pretty much snoozed through our entire session, what a sweet baby! i loved working with this little family and just adore the images we captured of their new baby…here are some favorites!

i love love love this image of big sister pointing to her baby sister’s little nose. it’s always interesting to see how toddlers will interact with these new babies who have taken over and i love when i capture a sweet moment like this. and, here is my first session with this family when big sister was just turning one!

this was such a gorgeous session that started with the most beautiful morning light. we had planned to start the session inside at home, but when i drove by this tree in their neighborhood, i knew we had to hurry to catch the light. i’m so glad they were willing to change clothes and jump in the car…it was so worth it! i had a great time photographing this cute couple and clearly could not narrow down my favorites!

this adorable baby girl is one of my first year babies and last time i saw her she was just a little nugget! mom emailed to ask if we could do a little last minute session in the bluebonnets and me being a texas girl, i happily obliged. this was a gorgeous afternoon and the bluebonnets were looking awesome with all this rain we’ve had…here are a few of my favorites.

i love these sweet twins girls!!! i have been photographing them since they were 6 weeks old and now they are a very busy 9 months! they have very distinct personalities and both are a joy to be around. i had a wonderful afternoon crawling around trying to capture them, just another day at the office for me…i love my job!!!

i’ve been meeting so many baby girls lately! it’s a nice change from my crazy boy overload all day this has to be one of the sweetest families i’ve worked with. rachel had her parents visiting all the way from minnesota and they were nothing but kind and helpful. i truly enjoyed visiting with them in between feedings and such. and, rachel is just as beautiful inside as out, what a joyful new momma! here are just a few favorites of our session…

sometimes after a busy weekend full of sessions and not much relaxing, all i want to do is hang out with my boys and not pick up my camera. but, that never takes away my need to capture images. it’s pretty much an obsession for me and so annoying to my two year old who has learned to say “no pitchers, i no like pitchers!”. so, to avoid a complete meltdown, i try to at least sneak some fun captures with the iphone. here is a day at home with my boys…never want to forget these little moments
